Antigate Won't Solve my Captchas?

I'm currently using 2captcha.com which use the same template system as avangate (or so it seems). They work perfectly well.

I wanted to have avangate as a backup when 2captcha run out of workers. So I did set everything up with antigate, but it seems like I cannot send a single captcha to them. When I press the Test button in GSA SER, it shows success and I see my credits. But when I try to use it, not a single captcha is being sent. I unchecked every other service I have even CB and still no go. I contacted avangate's support, but they told me they cannot do anything without error messages and they already had 20-30 GSA SER users and told me to contact @Sven so here I am. :)

Watching the logs I had the following errors for every website:

18:55:21: [-] 661/783 Could not determine captcha file type, only allowed formats are JPG, GIF, PNG 
18:55:21: [-] 661/783 captcha error - trying again - http://forum.solar-electric.com/register.php 

This should be probably related. I showed them this error code which is returned by their API, but they won't respond.

Still I'm wondering why it doesn't work because I have everything setup correctly. Tried changing the API code, but still nothing.. Don't know what to do. Any help from other antigate users would be appreciated. Thanks.

    This is the response I got from Antigate:

    Did you send Sven this string? We accept only JPG, GIF, PNG formats, this is why you get errors. They could simply convert image to any of these formats and send it to our API. 


    Is it only my GSA SER that doesn't send the captchas as JPG GIF or PNG ?

    SER sends images in original format to the services. No reencoding is done.

    So what do you think this is? My gsa ser works fine with 3 different captcha services, it can't be me.

    Any suggestions what to do?

    so just antigate makes trouble?

    They conviced me that they have other GSA SER users working, but you're probably right. I already asked for a refund and will forget them.
