Tool to get only first google search (domain)?

Hi everyone

Is there any tool to get only first link of google search? For example if I put johnson & Johnson I get multiple search results but I’m interested only in website of this company?

Email spider in web search can reach min of 10 google results – is that true or am I miss understanding something?

First solutions is better because I can match results with domains (email only in this domain). And I get much more precise database, because it gives me domains that precise answers my questions.

So, is there any tool that can import company names, search and give back only first or first two domains in search results?
