Verfiy Links shown in red buy good links

When I re-verfiy links in a project (right click on project list >show verified URLS > then click verify at bottom of pop up box) I get several in red that are good links if I check them manually. This is not a time out error and being listed red. I have the lastest update installed

    Do you use proxies for verification? If so, check if all of them actually work correctly.
