Private Proxies that are fast for posting?

A known proxy provider here is great for scraping, but sometimes the proxy servers are over-used (even the dedicated ones) and have 7-8 second response times or more, and fail at downloading or posting. There shouldn't be a need for more than 10 proxies that are hosted on a server that has sufficient bandwith, which providers have you had a good experience with? I can use 10 for posting, and other proxies for scraping, so I want to minimize my download/submit fail rate

    I would not waste time with public proxies for anything, why burn the extra resources of scraping and testing public proxies which only last a few minutes.

    If you have private proxies, run the crap out of them and when they burn, just ask for them to be replaced.
